Refund Policy

This policy covers paid Pro and Business subscriptions for LookalikeDomain at lookalikedomain.com. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Free accounts are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan from Account (or through the Paddle billing portal). Paid features stay until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not by itself create a refund for the current period.
When we refund
We will refund in these cases:
- First charge, within 14 days. If this is your first paid charge for LookalikeDomain and you email us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full and return the account to Free. You do not need a detailed reason.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancel that should have stopped renewal, we will refund the mistaken amount.
- We shut the service down. If we stop offering LookalikeDomain after you have paid for a period we cannot provide, we will refund the unused portion of that period, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
When we usually do not refund
After the 14-day window on a first charge, or on a renewal you already used, we generally do not refund the current period when you cancel mid-cycle. Access continues until that period ends. We may still help if something went clearly wrong with billing or access. Email us and we will look at it case by case.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the email used to sign in and, if you have it, the Paddle receipt or transaction ID. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to the original payment method; bank timing varies.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. We can usually fix billing mistakes faster that way, and chargebacks can delay or complicate a refund.
